1- if the panel hospital Gathercare dont have RM150 ward , what happen ya? must we do something to call gathercare?
2- what happen if we are being warded in icu , which cost rm220 fro example ? please guide

last time i go check hospital about roomrate but i called emas , emas said only cover rm150 . please help to explain

Akaun anak ni pun kenapa tak auto debit. Dah update kad bulan 12 lepas. Tak dapat apa2 makluman pun. Please lah GC mudahkan payer. Setiap kali tanya suruh save kad, yee memang buat.

APPLICATION TO APPEAL FOR ACTIVATION THE CLOSED ACCOUNT

I am Mohd Qhazril Qhazwan would like to appeal for activation my closed account.

Dear Sir,

I recently discovered the status of my Gathercare account, which was closed.
I opened the account on 29 Jan 2024 to check and top-up accordingly after receiving
an SMS notification that my account was frozen due to insufficient deposit.

However, I cannot proceed with payment (top-up deposit) as my account status is closed.
I only received two SMS notifications (refer to attachments). It is less than 30 days from the notification I get
that my account is officially closed.

Normally, the top-up deposit is automatically deduct from my bank account. I believe there was
a technical issue with the unsuccessful top-up deposit.

For your information, my account still has 121 days left before the yearly renewal payment.
I hope you can consider my appeal application to activate again my Gathercare account.
