APPLICATION TO APPEAL FOR ACTIVATION THE CLOSED ACCOUNT

I am Mohd Qhazril Qhazwan would like to appeal for activation my closed account.

Dear Sir,

I recently discovered the status of my Gathercare account, which was closed.
I opened the account on 29 Jan 2024 to check and top-up accordingly after receiving
an SMS notification that my account was frozen due to insufficient deposit.

However, I cannot proceed with payment (top-up deposit) as my account status is closed.
I only received two SMS notifications (refer to attachments). It is less than 30 days from the notification I get
that my account is officially closed.

Normally, the top-up deposit is automatically deduct from my bank account. I believe there was
a technical issue with the unsuccessful top-up deposit.

For your information, my account still has 121 days left before the yearly renewal payment.
I hope you can consider my appeal application to activate again my Gathercare account.
